Ingredients
Beef, sliced
Loaf of French bread
A quarter of a cup of soy sauce
One third of a cup of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
3 tablespoons of sugar
A quarter of a teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
Cilantro
Carrots, shredded
Cucumber, stripped or sliced
Hot Pepper, sliced lengthways
Method
1. Marinade the beef in soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar & crushed red pepper flakes, for one hour or more.
2. Pan fry or grill to desired temperature.
3. Load the sandwich with cilantro, carrots, cucumber and hot pepper.
