Beef Chops Flambe

Ingredients
4 beef chops (about 150g each, or a total of 600g)
100g onion
30g butter
200g sour cream
Pepper, salt, vegetable spice, olive oil
50ml brandy
600g noodles
300g green peas
Method
1. Chop half of the onion and mix it with pepper. Rub the chops with onion mixture on both sides.
2. Fry chops on both sides, add salt and set aside.
3. Into the frying pan with all the steak's juices, add sour cream, vegetable spice, a little water, and cook for a minute. Now the sauce is ready.
4. Pour brandy on top of beef chops and light it. When the flames burn out, pour the sauce on top of the beef chops.
5. Into the heated oil, place remaining onion and after it has started to soften, add the green peas.
6. Add salt, a little water, cover it and leave it to stew 15 minutes.
7. Serve the steak and peas with noodles and vegetables, and garnish with parsley.
